For the past couple of months, I have been working very hard with the Studio Owner and a Web Designer to create the new site. During that time, I:
- was in charge of creating (almost all of) the site's content;
- learned the HTML codes for a variety of plug-in's and cosmetic features;
- became familiar with a whole new website host (Wordpress, specifically); and
- much, much, more!
To be honest, when we first started this project I wasn't sure that I was smart enough to figure it all out; but I ended up surprising myself! Now, I am incredibly pleased with the result, and am beyond proud of the final product.
So, what do you think?

Ally, the website looks wonderful! I think it is amazing that you took this on and learned that much so quickly. I think it is user-friendly (and I wish I could go to your classes!) It's really neat that you can automatically add the classes to your Google calendar, too.
ReplyDeleteI am just about to launch WearAbouts' new website tomorrow! Sometimes it freaks me out how similar our lives run (I gathered that I am also dealing with a not-so-fun similar situation that you are, from a Facebook comment I saw :-/)

YAY! I am so happy that you commented and have said that you like the website (I was secretly hoping that you would see it and comment on here!). I think the Google calendar is my favorite feature. :)

As for our lives, yes they seem quite parallel. I know that you have Kira, but I still consider you my soul-sister and one of my dearest dearest friends.
